• Each student is responsible for his or her own transportation, meals and lodging.
• We will carpool as much as possible from our hotel to the shooting locations.  
• Full amount must be paid by October 1, 2026
• Deadline for registration is October 1, 2026
• No refunds if cancelled after October 1, 2026
